5. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR (that is, your consent expressed by filling in

the form at www.casinospoland.pl and pressing the SEND button).

those data to another Controller,

9. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work
or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the data processing infringes the Regulation of the  European Parliament and
of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such
data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
